Member and Provider Account Center

By using the Member and Provider Account Center, all members will be able to view their deductible and coinsurance status, the status of outstanding claims, details on submitted and processed claims and even print temporary identification cards.

The Member and Provider Account Center will be updated regularly to keep all information current and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will continue to receive claims information in the mail. However, accessing the Member and Provider Account Center will allow you to see your claims status in real-time.
